Javelin Services Ltd (JSL) is a privately owned business that introduced British standards of pest control to Myanmar just 3 years ago and now has over 100 employees and is the leading pest control company in the country.

The British Founders of JSL now seek an ambitious highly motivated individual with pest control experience to manage or train to manage its day to day business operations and oversee the management of key account clients covering all common pests. Clients include audit level clients, multinational company clients, 4 and 5 star hotels, shopping centres, hospitals etc.

The Position – detail

Working with CRM (Client Relationship Managers) to produce high quality audit level reports, populated with text, graphics and analytics and presenting those reports in a clear and lucid way to clients.
Working with QC, to ensure a high level of on-site performance.
Working with our specialists and in-house entomologist (30 yrs of experience in the industry) to resolve any issues arising
Working with supervisors and logistics, to ensure that any matters arising are swiftly tackled.
Working with in-house training to assist in the training of operational staff. The successful candidate will be based in Yangon, Myanmar.

Salary and emoluments

A combination of salary and consultancy fees, totalling between US$33,000 to US$60,000 / annum (GBP25,400 to GBP46,500), depending on experience Housing allowance
Details on Health insurance / initial flight and annual return flight allowances / re-location allowance to be discussed
Eligibility to a profit sharing scheme after 18 months of continuous employment.

Job requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience with a pest control company.
RSPH Level 2 or above
Familiar with HACCP / AIB / IS022000 / ISO9001 requirements and standards Applicant needs to be very processed, organised and driven
Needs to have excellent presentation skills
Be proficient in Microsoft office and pest control OS systems
Be self-motivated and have a can do attitude and a lot of energy
Culturally sensitive
