You will be responsible for:

  • An in house team of technicians delivering commercial and council contracts.
  • An external contract delivering domestic pest control services to Leeds residents.
  • Providing technical support as part of the Council’s environmental and public health responsibilities.
  • In addition you will be responsible for ensuring performance standards and income targets are met.

We are looking for someone with a strong customer focus, with the drive and ambition to grow the service whilst managing a busy workload and competing demands. The successful applicant should also have the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Whilst experience in pest control is desirable, applications are also welcome from applicants with relevant management experience or qualifications in similar service areas, or in delivering excellent customer services.

Working hours are 37 hours a week with the requirement to work flexibly to meet service demands.

A DBS check will be required.
