P+L Systems, parent company of SX Environmental, have acquired the Pest-Stop brand of pest control products, focused on the retail and agricultural markets.
The Pest-Stop brand covers a broad range of pest control products which are sold through a wide range of customers, ranging from on-line retailers to agricultural merchants.
P+L Systems have bought the brand assets and business of Pest-Stop from Leeds based Procter Brothers.
The range includes rodenticides, insecticides and electronic rodent control devices designed for the domestic market. It also includes the well known Little Nipper mouse trap.
Commenting on the acquisition, Peter Mangion, Managing Director of P+L Systems, said, “We are delighted to be adding the Pest-Stop brand to our ever increasing portfolio of brands in the sector. Pest-Stop has enjoyed strong growth in recent years through a combination of long standing and traditional pest control products supported by the addition of innovative new products to the range. We are also pleased to be able to secure continuity of customer and supplier relationships through the transfer of key staff to our business, as well as the Pest-Stop brand itself.”
